EXPERIENCE DESIGN, FIDELITY INVESTMENTS

As Lead Designer and Strategist for the Fidelity’s Learning Center initiative I worked with Fidelity to generate an interactive financial learning tool that translated the intimidating vocabulary of finance into an approachable conversation with users. I directed scripts and conducted tests/interviews with users to validate the concept and refine usability. The product incorporates gamification principles, and conversational teaching methods.
